Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive the wrong file, or receive a corrupted or unusable file, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to provide a functioning replacement file, a refund may be considered.
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Purchased files may not be exchanged, resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or transferred to another person.
