All purchases from Plannivelle Digital Studio LLC are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and the digital file has been delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be "returned"
- You have read the full product description before purchasing
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read product details
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your file, please contact us at plannivelledigitalstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
